Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts incredible rooms aesthetically, but they lack basic comforts. The staff, while pleasant, could be more efficient. The location is perfect for exploring Porto on foot, but there might be a queue for breakfast at times.
The hotel was stylish and comfortable with a lovely spa, but lacked basic essentials in the rooms such as proper lighting for makeup. The staff, although pleasant, were somewhat inefficient in meeting customer needs.
The hotel's rooms look great aesthetically but are impractical and uncomfortable, lacking some basic things. The staff were pleasant but somewhat inefficient, especially with room service. The location is central but involves a steep walk from Sao Bento station. The dining experience offers a great selection of items, and the breakfast is delicious.
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright and spacious with a gorgeous black and gold marble bathroom area and a lovely little balcony overlooking the pool below, making them both aesthetically pleasing but also a bit impractical and uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff, although the see-through mirror door to the bathroom was a bit funky for my taste. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street in an interesting, less touristy area of Porto yet within walking distance to all the attractions. The dining experience was delicious and plentiful, although it could have been better organized. Overall, a lovely hotel with some quirks that didn't impact my fantastic experience.
The hotel rooms were visually appealing but impractical and uncomfortable. Our stay was delightful and airy, meeting our expectations. However, the dim lighting in the room made it challenging for my wife to do her makeup. Overall, the bright and spacious room with a beautiful black and gold marble bathroom and a charming balcony overlooking the pool below was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were stunning with a bright and spacious layout, featuring a gorgeous black and gold marble bathroom area and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool below. The shower was a unique and special experience due to the spaciousness and themed features.
